About the Role

AI Developer **Experience:** 2–5 Years **Location:** Gurgaon / Chennai / Bangalore **Employment Type:** Full\-time About the Role We are looking for an **AI Developer** with 2–5 years of experience to design, develop, and integrate AI\-powered features into our products. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with **LLMs, Generative AI, machine learning, APIs, and AI application development**. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build practical AI solutions, integrate models into production systems, and improve the accuracy, performance, and reliability of AI\-powered applications. Key Responsibilities * Develop and integrate **AI/ML and Generative AI solutions** into production applications. * Work with **LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models**. * Build AI features using **prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases**. * Develop and integrate **REST APIs and AI model APIs**. * Build pipelines for processing **text, audio, documents, and other unstructured data**. * Experiment with different AI models and evaluate their **accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability**. * Develop and maintain AI inference and data\-processing pipelines. * Work with frameworks and libraries such as **LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or equivalent technologies**. * Implement techniques for improving AI output quality, including prompt optimization, retrieval optimization, evaluation, and fine\-tuning where required. * Integrate AI services into existing web, mobile, or backend applications. * Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems in production. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into AI\-powered features. * Stay updated with developments in **Generative AI, LLMs, speech AI, computer vision, and machine learning**. Required Skills * 2–5 years of experience in **AI/ML, software development, or a related field**. * Strong programming skills in **Python**. * Hands\-on experience with **Generative AI and LLM\-based applications**. * Experience working with **OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or other foundation models**. * Understanding of **prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and LLM evaluation**. * Experience developing and consuming **REST APIs**. * Good understanding of **machine learning fundamentals**. * Experience with databases such as **PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar**. * Familiarity with **Git and software development best practices**. * Ability to debug, optimize, and deploy AI applications. Good to Have * Experience with **fine\-tuning LLMs or other AI models**. * Experience with **Whisper, speech\-to\-text, text\-to\-speech, or voice AI**. * Experience with **Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow**. * Experience with **AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure**. * Experience with **Docker and CI/CD**. * Knowledge of **vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or FAISS**. * Experience building **AI agents and tool\-calling workflows**. * Experience working with **medical/healthcare AI, NLP, or conversational AI** is a plus.
