About the Role

Analyst – ICS Pay Over Time (POT) – PLI \& RLI **Band: B30** **Role Overview** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This Analyst role will be part of the **ICS Pay Over Time (POT)** team, supporting **Proactive Line Increase (PLI) and Reactive Line Increase (RLI)** processes. The role will focus on supporting the execution, monitoring, analysis and ongoing management of PLI/RLI strategies and processes, while ensuring adherence to applicable policies, controls and regulatory requirements. The Analyst will work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to support effective management of the PLI/RLI processes, identify opportunities through data and analysis, monitor performance and provide insights that support business objectives and an effective Card Member experience. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and translate analysis into meaningful business insights. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying, manipulating and analyzing large datasets. * Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python or other analytical tools is a plus. * Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into analytical or technical requirements. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, controls and data integrity. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. * Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines. * Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership and ability to independently investigate issues and identify solutions. * Experience in credit, lending, line management, Pay Over Time or related financial services products/processes is preferred. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
