QA Tester

About the Role

**Job Description** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated **Junior QA Tester** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing and a strong interest in building a career in Quality Assurance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases * Perform **manual testing** of web applications * Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing * Identify, document, and track bugs/defects * Perform retesting and verify bug fixes * Maintain test cases, test reports, and QA documentation * Work closely with developers to understand and resolve issues * Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA feedback * Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements * Support the team during release and post\-release testing **Required Skills:** * Basic understanding of **Manual Testing** * Knowledge of **SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle** * Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting * Basic knowledge of **functional and regression testing** * Familiarity with tools such as **JIRA/Bugzilla** is a plus * Basic knowledge of **API Testing/Postman and SQL** is an advantage * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills * Strong attention to detail * Good communication and teamwork skills **Eligibility:** * B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or a relevant technical qualification * **0–1 year of experience** in Software Testing/QA * Freshers with relevant testing knowledge/projects may also apply **What We Offer:** * Hands\-on experience with real\-world IT projects * Exposure to professional QA processes * Learning and growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity to develop skills in manual and automation testing Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off Work Location: In person
