About the Role

**Role description** Appian Sr Developer Min 6\-8 years of IT experience and 5 years of Appian experience Experience in automating business workflows using Appian Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows Involved in getting the requirements designing and mapping the same to the Business processes Demonstrates ability to work with system owners technical teams and functional teams to design implement test and validate a system Design and develop new code andor support operations maintenance and enhancements of existing code Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly Technical Requirements Hands on experience with Process model SAIL Expression Rules Integration Experience in designing and developing integrations with 3rd party system Possesses good knowledge on best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solutions Experience in creating and executing the unit tests in Appian designer Experience in DB management Excellent understanding Appian Group types Process Designing Security and CDT Expert on designating the reports and develop those using Appian Understand the rules management and CDT use in Appian Good knowledge of Agile Scrum and knowledge of tools like JIRA Must be Appian Level 1 andor 2 certified Soft Skills Very good in Communication Educational Qualification Bachelors In Engineering any and above **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** Appian, Appian Administration, Java, MySQL **About LTM** LTM is an AI\-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
