Trainee Technical Support Engineer (Freshers)

**Microlink Solutions Pvt Ltd**, a leading IT Infrastructure and IT Solutions Provider is a professional organization committed to provide outstanding Value\-Added Services to its Corporate and Institutional Customers. **Experience**: Freshers **Education**: BE / B.Tech (IT / Electronics / Computer) **Preference**: Local candidates with fluency in English **Key Responsibilities:** \- Provide on\-site and remote technical support to end\-users for hardware, software, and network issues. \- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop\-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). \- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end\-user devices. \- Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT\-related services. \- Support the deployment and setup of new hardware and software systems. \- Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow\-ups. \- Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues. **Technical Skills:** \- Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting. \- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux). \- Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). \- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications. \- Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage. **Required Skills** \-Basic understanding of engineering concepts and industrial practices. \-Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. \- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
