**Full Stack Developer** **Experience:** 3\+ Years **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Joining:** Immediate Joiner Preferred **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of platform and associated platform services. The role involves end\-to\-end software development across frontend, backend, AI integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, and production systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and reliable applications, integrating AI capabilities, supporting deployment and infrastructure requirements, and maintaining high standards of software quality and system performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. * Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. * Design and develop microservices\-based applications to support platform scalability and reliability. * Integrate LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent AI platforms, into product features. * Develop and support AI\-enabled features such as intelligent mock interviews, automated code evaluation, and personalized learning insights. * Utilize AI\-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to support software development and productivity. * Design and maintain applications using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. * Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s). * Develop, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. * Monitor application performance and production environments and address technical issues in a timely manner. * Analyse and resolve application, infrastructure, and production\-level issues. * Participate in technical discussions, application architecture, product planning, and requirement analysis. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established coding, security, and development standards. * Develop clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable code throughout the software development lifecycle. **Technical Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development. * Strong hands\-on experience with Java and Spring Boot. * Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js. * Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. * Practical experience in LLM/AI API integration. * Familiarity with AI\-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT. * Hands\-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s). * Experience in implementing and managing GitHub Actions\-based CI/CD pipelines. * Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, application architecture, and software development practices. * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving capabilities. * Experience in identifying and resolving production\-level application and performance issues. **Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical expertise, ownership of assigned responsibilities, effective problem\-solving capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with product and engineering teams. **Immediate joiners are preferred.** Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹480,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
