The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing timelines, resources, teams, and client expectations. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and execute end\-to\-end project lifecycles across web, mobile, or software development * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and marketing * Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope * Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies * Monitor progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana and prepare regular status reports * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams * Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and client presentations * Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction at every stage ### **Required Skills:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, digital, or software development * Strong understanding of **Agile**, **Scrum**, and **Waterfall** methodologies * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills * Experience with project management tools such as **Jira**, **Trello**, **Asana**, or **ClickUp** * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field ### **Nice to Have:** * Certification in **PMP**, **Scrum Master**, or **Agile** methodologies * Experience working with international clients or remote teams * Understanding of UI/UX processes and software development life cycle (SDLC) * Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, and GitHub **Required Skills** ------------------- ##### **Agile** Required for this position ##### **Scrum** Required for this position ##### **Waterfall methodologies** Required for this position ##### **Jira** Required for this position ##### **Trello** Required for this position #### **Why Join The Night Marketers?** Great Team \& Culture Rapid Growth Creative Freedom Career Advancement
