The role offers hands\-on exposure to real\-world client projects, software development best practices, modern technologies, and collaborative problem\-solving in a growth\-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities: Software Development** * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high\-performance software applications. * Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. * Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues. * Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. * Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third\-party services as required. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software solutions. * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge\-sharing sessions. **Technical Collaboration** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. * Work closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and stakeholders. * Contribute to software architecture, system design, and implementation decisions. * Maintain technical documentation, code repositories, and project records. * Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends. * Continuously improve development processes, coding standards, and software quality practices. **AI/ML Preference** * Candidates with hands\-on experience in **Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, LLMs, Data Science, or related technologies** will be given **first preference**. * Experience in developing, integrating, or deploying AI/ML\-based solutions will be considered an added advantage. **Client Communication \& Collaboration** * Participate in client meetings and requirement\-gathering discussions. * Communicate project progress, challenges, and technical solutions effectively. * Explain technical concepts clearly to internal teams and clients. * Support client interview processes and project discussions when required. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Candidates from the **2019–2022 pass\-out batches** are preferred. * Relevant experience in Software Development. * Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPs, and Software Design Principles. * Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C\#, PHP, React, Node.js, Angular, .NET, or related technologies. * Knowledge of databases, APIs, version control systems, and software development methodologies. * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Methodologies, and cloud technologies will be an added advantage. * Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Mandatory Communication Requirement** **Fluent English communication is mandatory.** **Candidates must be able to:** * Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders. * Explain technical concepts clearly during interviews and project discussions. * Participate in client\-facing meetings and requirement\-gathering sessions. * Demonstrate strong verbal communication during the selection process. * Handle client interactions professionally and confidently. **Note:** Candidates will undergo both communication and technical assessments.
