Business Analyst

About the Role

* Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non\-functional requirements. * Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and internal teams. * Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. * Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. * Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities. * Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives. * Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and user manuals. * Participate in product discussions and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement. Job specifications: Skill / Expertise / Work background: * 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product or application development. * Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non\-functional requirements. * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. * Good understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies. * Hands\-on experience with Jira and Confluence. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders. * Experience working on web and mobile application products is preferred. Experience level: 2–5 years Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Agile, Scrum, ECBA, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage.
