**Senior Full Stack Engineer** **Experience Level: 8 – 12 Years** **Location: Kochi, India** **Primary Domain: Backend, Microservices \& Cloud Secondary Focus: Frontend Integration (Full Stack)** **Ownership \& Ownership Mindset Requirement** We are seeking a proactive technical professional who acts as a true owner of their deliverables. In this role, you will hold end\-to\-end accountability for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high\-performance microservices. You are expected to take complete responsibility for architectural clarity, code quality, automated testing, system resilience, and cloud operations. **Role Overview** As an Associate Full Stack Engineer (Backend/Cloud Focus), you will serve as a core technical driver for project's backend engine while remaining cross\-functional across the entire stack. You will architect robust RESTful APIs, manage cloud services, optimize streaming data workflows, and ensure seamless delivery from development through production. **Key Responsibilities** · **Core Backend Development:** Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and production\-ready microservices using Java 17\+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA. · **Cloud \& Infrastructure:** Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/ Azure cloud services. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure workflows. · **Data Management \& Persistence:** Optimize database interactions across relational databases (PostgreSQL/ Oracle) and NoSQL stores. Implement effective caching strategies (Redis) and asynchronous messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ). · **Cross\-Functional Full\-Stack Integration:** Collaborate closely with frontend teams to define clean API contracts, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and integrate frontend components (Angular/TypeScript) whenever end\-to\-end feature delivery requires cross\-functional hands\-on contribution. · **System Reliability \& Ownership:** Take full accountability for monitoring, bug resolution, operational performance, unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito), and code quality reviews. **Required Technical Qualifications \& Experience** · **Experience:** 8 to 12 years of hands\-on software development experience with a track record of owning backend systems. · **Java \& Spring Ecosystem:** Deep proficiency in Java (Java 11/17\+), Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API engineering. · **Cloud \& DevOps:** Hands\-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure core infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / Jenkins / GitHub Actions). · **Databases \& Messaging:** Strong command of SQL, database optimization, ORM tools, and event\-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ. · **Full Stack Aptitude:** Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Angular, TypeScript) and Web Sockets for real\-time user\-facing features. **Core Competencies \& Mindset** **Ownership \& Responsibility:** Demonstrates a "buck stops with me" attitude toward system stability, code reliability, and timely feature completion. **Problem\-Solving:** Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex concurrency, performance bottlenecks, and distributed cloud issues. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly across architects, QA engineers, and frontend specialists.
