React JS Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated **React JS Developer (Fresher)** to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of **React fundamentals, Hooks, and Redux**, and be eager to build scalable web applications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop responsive and interactive web applications using **React.js** * Work with **functional components and React Hooks** (useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.) * Implement state management using **Redux / Redux Toolkit** * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high\-quality code * Optimize components for maximum performance * Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues * Work with REST APIs and integrate backend services * Follow best practices and coding standards **Required Skills:** * Strong knowledge of **JavaScript (ES6\+)** * Understanding of **React.js core concepts** * Hands\-on experience with **React Hooks** * Basic knowledge of **Redux or Redux Toolkit** * Familiarity with **HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design** * Understanding of **Git/version control** * Basic knowledge of **API integration (RESTful services)** **Good to Have:** * Knowledge of **Next.js** * Familiarity with **TypeScript** * Understanding of **component lifecycle** * Exposure to **testing libraries (Jest / React Testing Library)** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent skills) * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities **Perks:** * Opportunity to work on real\-world projects * Mentorship from experienced developers * Friendly and collaborative work environment Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,808\.15 \- ₹60,134\.74 per month Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: In person
