We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. **Key Responsibilities** * Frontend Development: Design and implement highly responsive, modular, and interactive user interfaces using modern Node JS (TypeScript). * Backend Architecture: Build, optimize, and maintain scalable, production\-grade RESTful APIs using Node JS. * Database Management: Design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage transactional integrity across SQL (e.g., SQLite) and NoSQL databases. * Integration \& Lifecycle: Connect frontend views smoothly with backend systems, third\-party services, and asynchronous task queues. * Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application reliability. * Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference\-makers in our workplace. **Work Experience** **Work Experience** * Experience: 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience working across the full application stack. * Coding: Advanced Node JS typescript programming skills. * Node JS Expertise: Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event\-driven architecture. Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks. * API Design: Proven track record of developing and documenting clean, predictable web APIs. * Tooling: Proficient with Git version control, package managers (npm), and modern development environments. * Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem\-solving abilities, open communication habits, and a collaborative mindset * Basic understanding of SQL, Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipeline. * Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, or Mochais a plus. * Knowledge of Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous. * Experience in microservices architecture is advantageous.
