About the Role

**FieldIn – One Game. Unlimited Connections.** FieldIn is a next\-generation hyper\-local sports platform designed to connect players, teams, venues, tournaments, and local sports communities in one ecosystem. The platform enables users to discover and book sports venues, find nearby players, join or create squads, participate in pickup games and tournaments, split payments, earn rewards, and build their athlete profile. **Key responsibilities:** * Develop responsive and user\-friendly web interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Build interactive features for venue discovery, sports matchmaking, team formation, tournaments, and player profiles. * Integrate REST APIs and manage application state. * Implement booking, split\-payment, rewards, leaderboard, referral, and matchmaking workflows. * Create reusable and scalable UI components based on Figma/UI designs. * Ensure cross\-device responsiveness, accessibility, and smooth user experience. * Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance. * Collaborate on product, UI/UX, and feature development to turn ideas into functional experiences. **Technology Stack:** React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices. **Product Vision:** FieldIn helps anyone—from a solo player to an existing team—find a game, find people to play with, discover venues, and become part of a sports community. **ONE GAME.
