Ltd. is an IT services and software development company specializing in **Web Development, Mobile Applications, AI/ML, and IT Solutions**. We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Senior HR** who can independently manage end\-to\-end recruitment along with day\-to\-day HR operations and employee engagement. Role Overview The Senior HR will be responsible for approximately **60% Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition** and **40% HR Operations \& Employee Engagement**. Requirements * **4\+ years of experience in HR**, preferably within an IT/software development company. * Strong hands\-on experience in **IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition**. * Experience hiring both **technical and non\-technical positions**. * Good understanding of IT profiles such as Developers, QA/Testers, AI/ML, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, etc. * Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as **LinkedIn, Indeed**, and other sourcing channels. * Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills. * Ability to independently manage multiple open positions and HR responsibilities. * Strong follow\-up and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. * Should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced IT environment. **What We’re Looking For** We are looking for someone who is more than just a recruiter — someone who can take ownership of both talent acquisition and day\-to\-day HR operations.
