The Bombay Digital Company is a fast\-growing digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing for ecommerce and product\-based brands. We primarily work on Meta conversion campaigns, shopping/catalog campaigns, and Google Ads campaigns focused on driving sales, leads, and ROAS growth. We also have an in\-house content studio for UGC content, reels, and ad creatives that improve ad performance and conversions. \-\-\- IMPORTANT Only apply if you have hands\-on experience managing Meta Ads (D2C) This is NOT a sales, operations or business development role. Meta D2C Ads Specialist Experience: 1\-3 years Job Responsibilities: · Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook \& Instagram) across the full funnel — awareness, consideration and conversion · **Scale ecommerce/D2C conversion campaigns** profitably, with a focus on ROAS and CAC targets · Build and manage retargeting, lookalike and interest\-based audiences · Set up and optimize catalog/dynamic product ads (DPA) for ecommerce · Own Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) implementation and troubleshooting for accurate tracking · Run structured audience and creative testing (A/B testing ad sets, formats, hooks, angles) · Monitor and report on key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency and funnel drop\-offs · Coordinate with the creative/content team on ad creative briefs, UGC requirements and iteration based on performance data · Analyze campaign data regularly and generate performance reports with actionable insights · Continuously optimize budgets, bids and campaign structure to improve efficiency and scale winners Required Skills · Hands\-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager for ecommerce/D2C brands · Proven track record of running profitable conversion campaigns with measurable ROAS · Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, catalog setup and Meta Ads reporting · Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM for cross\-checking attribution · Solid understanding of D2C funnel metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, AOV · Ability to identify winning creatives/audiences and scale them without tanking efficiency · Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign data · Good communication skills to brief creative teams and report to stakeholders Preferred Experience \* Shopify brand experience \* Experience with shopping/catalog campaigns \* Creative strategy understanding \* Experience handling monthly ad spends Name: Shenaz Mansuri \- HR Generalist Email ID: hrtbdc6@gmail.com https://www.thebombaydigitalcompany.com/ Address: Borivali West Working Days \& Time: 2nd \& 4th Sat off Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * Meta Ads: 1 year (Required) * D2C: 1 year (Required) Location: * Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District) (Required) Work Location: In person Contact / Shenaz (HR) 8828703930 Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
