Our team combines deep technical expertise with business insight to design transformative automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes for clients worldwide **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA/KTA) Senior Developer** to design, develop, and deploy Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in document capture, classification, extraction, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise applications. Exposure to **AI\-powered document processing, OCR technologies, and intelligent automation platforms** will be a significant advantage. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement **Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA/TTA)** solutions for document capture and business process automation. * Configure document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow processes. * Develop and maintain custom scripts, connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems. * Configure OCR technologies and optimize document recognition accuracy. * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Design and implement workflows, forms, queues, and business rules within TotalAgility. * Integrate TotalAgility solutions with ERP, CRM, ECM, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance. * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. * Support deployment, testing, enhancements, and production releases. * Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Document Processing. **Qualifications** * 5–8\+ years of overall IT experience with **3\+ years of hands\-on Tungsten/Kofax TotalAgility development** experience. * Strong expertise in **Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA/TTA)** platform. * Experience with document classification, extraction, OCR, and workflow automation. * Knowledge of **Transformation Modules, Capture, and Intelligent Document Processing solutions**. * Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications. * Proficiency in **C\#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Web Services**. * Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. * Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services is a plus. * Tungsten/Kofax certifications are highly preferred. **Desired Characteristics** * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work independently and within cross\-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Passion for automation, AI, and continuous learning. * Customer\-focused mindset with problem\-solving capabilities.
