About the Role

CSR Project – Sustainable Skill and Livelihood Development Program (Skill Development Program) Prior experience iskill development/CSR projects will be an added advantage **Key Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Deliver theory and practical training in computer fundamentals and software development. * Train students on programming basics (Python / Java / JavaScript or equivalent). * Teach fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and basic web development. * Introduce database concepts and basic SQL operations. * Guide students in writing, testing, and debugging simple programs. * Conduct assessments, practical exams, and maintain trainee records. * Follow NSDC/SSC curriculum, session plans, and assessment standards. * Maintain computer lab, systems, software, and training materials. * Support students in basic employability skills and project work. * Coordinate with the Center Manager for reporting and compliance. * Support for mobilization activities **Required Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong understanding of computer fundamentals and programming concepts * Practical teaching and demonstration skills * Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Good communication and classroom management skills * Ability to maintain reports and documentation **Preferred Qualifications:** * BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS) / MCA or equivalent * 1–3 years experience as Computer Trainer or Junior Software Developer * Experience in Skill Development / NSDC projects preferred * ToT / Trainer certification is an added advantage **Other Requirements:** * Willingness to work with youth and beginners * Ability to deliver both theory and practical sessions * Commitment to quality training and student outcomes Pay: ₹24,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Sohna, Haryana (Sohna): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
