**The Impact You'll Make** -------------------------- Danfoss is looking for an experienced person having solid experience in Embedded Systems Software Development in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle. This person will act single point of contact for Business and primary responsible for delivering defined scope of work with agreed timeline and quality KPI. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. * Primary responsible to work for Firmware development project * Technical solutioning * Stakeholder management * Project \-planning and execution * Software requirement gathering and specifying * High level and low\-level design and documenting * Architect, design and develop embedded software as per defined software requirements * Software integration \& testing, Unit testing **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- • B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/Master (Electronics/ Telecommunications)OR equivalent **Experience \& Attributes:** • 8 or more years extensive experience in Embedded system software design, development \& testing. • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English **Must have specialized knowledge:** * + Embedded C, Python, MATLAB, MATLAB Simulink + Electronics \& board level debugging + RTOS + Knowledge of Microcontrollers (RISC, CISC), PIC , STM , NXP or equivalent + Communication : Industrial Ethernet Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen, serial, I/O link + Cyber Security: Cryptographic algorithm, Secure boot + Developing Hardware abstraction layer for SPI, ADC, PWM, internal \& external Memory, Watchdog, Controller initialisation, Memory Partitioning, Linker files, + MISRA standard \- 2000/MISRA 2012 + SDLC, Agile Scrum + Static analysis \& Tools like LDRA or Vector cast or Polyspace * + Requirements management, change management, traceability, and tools such as Polarion or equivalent * + Version control \& Tools like SVN/GIT/Clearcase or equivalent **Specialized knowledge – Will be Preferred** * + Software Architecture \& Design methodologies \- like UML + Basis Skill of PLC programming. + Functional Safety life\-cycle \& Management \- Applies to software design \& development + Cyber Security IEC 62443 standards + DFFSS Green belt. **What You'll Get from Us** --------------------------- * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
