**Job Title:** AX 2012 X\+\+ Developer **Experience:** 2\+ Years **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** Hyderabad / \[Work Location] **Department:** Technology **Industry:** IT / Software Development About the Role We are looking for a skilled **Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 X\+\+ Developer** with around **2 years of hands\-on experience** in developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **X\+\+ development, MorphX, Dynamics AX architecture, SQL Server, customization, and integration**. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable AX solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop, customize, and maintain **Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012** applications using **X\+\+ and MorphX**. * Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. * Develop and customize **Forms, Tables, Classes, Reports, Queries, Menus, and Extended Data Types (EDTs)**. * Work with **AOT (Application Object Tree)** and understand AX development architecture. * Develop and modify business logic using **X\+\+**. * Create and maintain **SSRS reports** in Dynamics AX 2012\. * Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. * Develop and maintain **integrations/interfaces** between Dynamics AX and external applications. * Work with **SQL Server** for data analysis, queries, troubleshooting, and database\-related activities. * Handle data migration, data import/export, and related technical activities. * Support AX production issues and provide timely resolutions. * Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and deployment activities. * Prepare technical documentation for customizations and integrations. * Coordinate with functional consultants and business teams to understand and resolve requirements/issues. * Follow coding standards, development best practices, and version control processes. Required Technical Skills * **2\+ years of hands\-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 development.** * Strong knowledge of **X\+\+ programming**. * Good hands\-on experience with **MorphX / MorphX Development Environment**. * Good understanding of **AOT**. * Experience working with: * Tables * Forms * Classes * Queries * Reports * Menus * EDTs * Enums * Base Enums * Extended Data Types * Knowledge of **SSRS reporting in Dynamics AX 2012**. * Good understanding of **SQL Server** and SQL queries. * Experience with AX customization and debugging. * Understanding of **Dynamics AX security and roles** is an advantage. * Knowledge of **integration frameworks and web services** is an advantage. * Exposure to **Dynamics AX modules such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, or Supply Chain** will be an added advantage. Good to Have * Experience with **Dynamics AX integrations**. * Knowledge of **AIF (Application Integration Framework)**. * Exposure to **Data Import/Export Framework (DIXF)**. * Knowledge of **SSRS and Visual Studio**. * Understanding of **Dynamics AX deployment and release processes**. * Exposure to **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations**. * Knowledge of **Power Platform or Azure integrations** is an added advantage.
