The right candidate will serve as a connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, examining current enterprise workflows, capturing business rules, building modern process structures, and leading digital transformation efforts from start to finish. **Responsibilities** * Examine current enterprise business logic, legacy procedural code, and operational workflows, then rebuild them into scalable, maintainable, and efficient modern processes * Partner closely with cross\-functional business stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and record thorough business requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping rules * Lead and take ownership of end\-to\-end migration and modernization projects, ensuring business objectives align with technical delivery * Establish acceptance criteria, confirm business logic through unit and user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain compliance with best practices in data governance, engineering standards, and quality assurance * Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical/engineering teams, converting complex technical ideas into clear business value while managing expectations across project timelines * Operate independently to advocate for modernization projects, spot operational inefficiencies, and suggest process enhancements that optimize data workflows and decision\-making **Requirements** * 10\-15 years of hands\-on experience in business analysis, business process management, or software/data solution delivery * Understanding of relational databases, SQL\-based procedural code (Oracle PL/SQL), and modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, and/or AWS) * Exposure to modern programming and automation principles such as Python logic, modular applications, and exception handling to work effectively alongside engineering teams * Strong analytical thinking with careful attention to detail when breaking down complex business rules and data flows * Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a track record in stakeholder management, requirements workshops, and cross\-functional leadership * Proven capacity to work independently, handle changing priorities, and lead complex transformation projects from initial concept through to successful delivery **We offer** * Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies * Vast opportunities for self\-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications * Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms * Sponsored Tech Talks \& Hackathons * Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions * Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long\-term projects * Focused individual development * Benefit package: + Health benefits + Retirement benefits + Paid time off + Flexible benefits * Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
