Pega Senior Developer – CSSA **Experience:** 6\+ Years **Certification:** Pega CSSA – Mandatory **Location:** 100% Remote **Job Type:** Full\-Time ( Payroll \- Jigya Software Services ) ( Long\-term Project \- Elevance Healthcare ) About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Pega Senior Developer** with **6\+ years of hands\-on Pega development experience** to join our team in a **100% remote** role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Pega Case Management, application development, workflows, integrations, and scalable enterprise solutions**. **Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.** Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications and Case Management solutions. * Develop and configure **Pega workflows, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Tables, SLAs, and UI components**. * Develop and maintain integrations using **REST/SOAP web services and Pega APIs**. * Follow **Pega Guardrails** and development best practices. * Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root\-cause analysis. * Work with **SQL** for database queries, data validation, and troubleshooting. * Participate in application deployment and support **CI/CD processes**. * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in an **Agile/Scrum environment**. * Analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. * Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions meet functional, technical, performance, and quality standards. Required Skills \& Qualifications * **6\+ years of professional Pega development experience.** * **Pega CSSA certification – Mandatory.** * Strong hands\-on experience with **Pega Case Management and application development**. * Strong expertise in: * Pega Workflows * Data Pages * Data Transforms * Activities * Decision Tables * SLAs * Pega UI * Hands\-on experience with **REST/SOAP integrations and Pega APIs**. * Strong understanding of **Pega Guardrails**. * Good experience in debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root\-cause analysis. * Good knowledge of **SQL, deployment processes, and CI/CD**. * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on **enterprise\-level Pega applications**. * Strong understanding of **Pega architecture and development best practices**. * Experience in **production support** and resolving complex technical issues.
