About the Role

Key Responsibilities: A. Career Guidance & Student Engagement 1. Interact with prospective learners through calls, virtual meetings, and other communication channels. 2. Understand students' academic background, career objectives, and professional aspirations. 3. Recommend the most suitable IIDE program based on each learner's goals and interests. 4. Explain program curriculum, certifications, learning outcomes, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process. 5. Address learner queries and provide clear, personalized guidance throughout the decision-making process. B. Admissions & Relationship Management 1. Support learners from their first interaction through successful enrollment. 2. Build trust with prospective students by maintaining consistent communication and timely follow-ups. 3. Track lead progress and maintain accurate records using the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience. C. Performance & Business Growth 1. Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and revenue targets. 2. Deliver an outstanding counselling experience that reflects IIDE's commitment to learner success. 3. Stay updated on program offerings, industry developments, and market trends. 4. Contribute to team performance by maintaining high productivity and delivering quality learner interactions.
