**Contact: 7397725556 / talentacquisition@sbshr.com** **Role:** IT Support Engineer **Location:** Chennai **Experience:** 4–5 Years **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line IT support and resolve technical issues/tickets. * Handle employee onboarding, laptop setup, application installation and deployment. * Manage IT hardware/software inventory and asset tracking. * Administer **Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID** and related services. * Manage basic domain and DNS configurations. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi\-Fi and printer issues. * Maintain IT documentation, logs and technical procedures. * Provide basic administrative support for **Zoho One**. * Monitor backup solutions and support data protection requirements. * Escalate complex issues to the wider IT team when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **IT, Computer Science or related field**. * **4–5 years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience**. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Microsoft 365 administration**. * Experience in user onboarding, laptop configuration and application deployment. * Knowledge of hardware, operating systems and basic networking. * Experience with IT asset/inventory management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong troubleshooting, documentation and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred** * Experience with **Zoho One**. * Experience in a **financial services / regulated environment**. * Exposure to **Intune, Exchange Online and Azure AD/Entra ID**. * Experience supporting international/multi\-location teams. Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
