About the Role

Key Responsibilities: A. Learner Consultation 1. Connect with prospective learners through calls, virtual meetings, and other communication channels. 2. Understand each learner's goals, interests, and career aspirations. 3. Recommend the most suitable IIDE program based on individual learning and career objectives. 4. Clearly explain program curriculum, certifications, career outcomes, fee structure, and admission process. 5. Address questions, resolve concerns, and build confidence in learners throughout the decision-making process. B. Enrollment Management 1. Guide prospective students from the initial inquiry through successful enrollment. 2. Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversion rates. 3. Maintain accurate learner records, interactions, and lead updates in the CRM. 4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience. C. Sales & Performance 1. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective counselling and relationship management. 2. Deliver a high-quality learner experience at every stage of the admission process. 3. Stay informed about IIDE's latest programs, industry developments, and competitor offerings. 4. Contribute to team success by consistently meeting performance goals and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
