About the Role

***IT Executive – Regenta Central Cassia, Zirakpur*** **Location:** Zirakpur, Punjab **Department:** Information Technology **Experience:** 1–3 Years \| Hospitality experience preferred **Job Summary:** We are looking for an **IT Executive** to manage day\-to\-day IT operations and provide technical support across the hotel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. * Maintain computers, printers, POS, PMS, HRMS and other hotel IT systems. * Manage LAN, Wi\-Fi, internet and basic network infrastructure. * Maintain CCTV, access control and other IT\-related systems. * Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and technical support. * Maintain IT assets, backups, software updates and documentation. * Support IT requirements for meetings, conferences and hotel events. * Ensure smooth IT operations with minimum downtime. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. * Good knowledge of hardware, networking and Windows/MS Office. * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. * Hotel IT experience will be an added advantage. * Willingness to work in shifts as per hotel requirements. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can share their CV via **WhatsApp: 9855596644** or email it to **hr.rcc@royalorchidhotels.com**.
