About the Role

About the Role We are looking for a **Business Analyst** with 6 months–1 year of experience in an IT/software development environment. The ideal candidate should be strong in **requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, client communication, and coordination with technical teams**. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document **business and functional requirements** from clients and stakeholders. * Conduct **requirement discovery sessions, client calls, and stakeholder discussions**. * Translate business requirements into **BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria**. * Analyze business processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. * Work closely with **developers, UI/UX designers, QA, project managers, and technical teams** to ensure clear understanding of requirements. * Create **process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications** where required. * Manage requirement changes, scope clarifications, and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle. * Support **UAT planning, test case validation, issue clarification, and business acceptance**. * Track requirements and maintain proper documentation throughout the project. * Participate in **Agile ceremonies**, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Ensure delivered solutions align with **business objectives and client requirements**. Required Skills * **6 months–1 year of experience as a Business Analyst** in an IT/software development company. * Strong experience in **requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management**. * Hands\-on experience with **BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria**. * Good understanding of **SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes**. * Basic understanding of **APIs, databases, web applications, and mobile applications**. * Strong client\-facing and communication skills. * Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to **developers and non\-technical stakeholders**. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills. * Experience with tools such as **Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar**.
