(DMHCA) **Department:** Marketing \& Creative **Position:** Graphic Designer \& UI/UX Designer **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Location:** Delhi / On\-Site **Experience:** 1–3 Years **Salary:** As per experience and skills About the Role DMHCA is looking for a **creative Graphic Designer \& UI/UX Designer** who can handle both visual communication and digital interface design. The candidate will be responsible for creating **social media creatives, marketing materials, website designs, landing pages, dashboards, digital campaigns, presentations, and user\-friendly web/mobile interfaces**. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design * Design creative content for **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and websites**. * Create social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, certificates, and presentations. * Develop creatives for **medical courses, fellowships, workshops, webinars, conferences, and training programs**. * Design marketing and admission campaign materials. * Create YouTube thumbnails, promotional graphics, and digital advertisements. * Maintain consistency with DMHCA's brand guidelines. * Edit images, photographs, and basic videos/reels. UI/UX Design * Design user\-friendly interfaces for **websites, landing pages, portals, dashboards, and mobile applications**. * Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high\-fidelity UI designs. * Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. * Create website layouts, navigation structures, buttons, forms, cards, icons, and other UI components. * Work on improving usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Review implemented designs and suggest UI/UX improvements. * Maintain reusable design components and basic design systems. Required Tools \& Software **Essential:** * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Figma * Canva **Preferred:** * Adobe XD * Adobe InDesign * Premiere Pro * After Effects * CorelDRAW * CapCut * AI\-based design tools AI \& Modern Design Skills Knowledge of **AI\-assisted design and creative tools** will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for: * Creative concept generation * Image generation and enhancement * Background removal * Creative variations * Content visualization * Design productivity and workflow improvement Required Skills * Strong knowledge of graphic design principles. * Good understanding of **UI/UX principles**. * Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy. * Good understanding of responsive web design. * Ability to create modern and professional digital interfaces. * Strong attention to detail. * Creative thinking and problem\-solving ability. * Ability to understand a brief and convert it into a professional design. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work with developers, marketing teams, and management. Qualification \& Experience * Degree/Diploma in **Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field**. * **1–3 years of relevant experience preferred**. * Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered. * Candidates must provide a **portfolio of Graphic Design and/or UI/UX work**. Candidate Profile We are looking for a **creative, technology\-oriented, detail\-focused, and innovative designer** who can independently handle both **Graphic Design and UI/UX Design** requirements. A strong **portfolio and practical design skills** will be given significant consideration.
