About the Role

Web Developer \| Remote – India **Build, optimise and grow websites used in an international technology environment.** GAOTek Inc. is hiring experienced **Web Developers** to join its global remote team. This role combines **WordPress and WooCommerce development, website optimisation, SEO and digital performance**. You’ll work on developing and maintaining websites, building custom functionality, improving performance and security, and supporting website visibility and user experience. Role Snapshot * **Role:** Web Developer * **Company:** GAOTek Inc. * **Location:** Remote / Work From Home – India * **Employment:** Full\-Time * **Openings:** Multiple * **Working Days:** 5 Days a Week * **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM–2:00 PM New York Time (EDT/EST) * **Experience:** 3\+ years of relevant experience What You'll Work On * Develop, maintain and optimise WordPress and WooCommerce websites. * Customise WordPress themes, Elementor and plugins according to business requirements. * Develop custom WordPress plugins and website functionality. * Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search performance. * Optimise website speed, security and overall user experience. * Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues. * Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics. * Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver web solutions. * Stay current with web development technologies and industry best practices. What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field. * **3\+ years of relevant Web Development experience.** * Strong WordPress and WooCommerce development experience. * Hands\-on experience with WordPress themes, Elementor and custom plugin development. * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL**. * Practical knowledge of SEO and SEO tools. * Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication skills and the ability to work independently. * Own laptop/PC and reliable internet connection. * Comfortable working during **5:00 AM–2:00 PM New York Time**.
