About the Role

CXO Junction is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for our CXO interviews, podcasts, events, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and an understanding of content that performs across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Edit podcasts, CXO interviews, events, reels, shorts, and YouTube videos. 2. Create engaging short-form content from long-form videos. 3. Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, B-roll, music, and sound effects. 4. Perform colour correction and audio enhancement. 5. Optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. 6. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver videos within deadlines. 7. Stay updated with current video editing and social media trends. 8. Maintain consistency with CXO Junction's visual identity and content standards.
