IT Operations Manager

About the Role

**Location:** Surat \| On\-site **Experience:** Min 2 Years **Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field. **Shift Timings:** 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM (Mon to Sat) **Role Overview:** We are looking for a technically skilled IT Operations Executive to manage daily IT operations, user administration, device management, technical support, and endpoint security. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID \& SharePoint Online. * User account creation, permissions, licensing \& access management. * Device management for Windows, macOS \& iOS. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network \& Outlook\-related issues. * Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management. * Support data backup, migration, application deployment \& system recovery. * Monitor endpoint compliance and assist with basic cybersecurity. * Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and asset records. * Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software and technical support. **Skills \& Requirements:** * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune \& Entra ID. * Experience in endpoint/device management and IT support. * Knowledge of RBAC, MDM, backup \& data migration. * Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking. * Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills. Pay: ₹420,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft 365: 2 years (Preferred) * IT Operation: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
