The collaborative environment and engaging work \- guided by A\&M's core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity \- are why our people love working at A\&M. **The Team** Our DTS team provides following services to clients: * Data \& Applied Intelligence \- Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting\-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision\-making and transform businesses. * Product and Innovation \- Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage. * Technology M\&A and Strategy \- Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M\&A, integrations and carve\-outs. * Technology Transformation \- A\&M helps clients create a scalable, cost\-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities. **How you will contribute** * Build and maintain the reusable infrastructure toolkit and standard components that allow each new application to be provisioned rather than rebuilt from scratch. * Provision and operate cloud environments using approved patterns for landing zones, subscription or account topology, policy guardrails and tagging standards. * Own identity, network and secrets management, including managed identity, private networking, certificate and key management, and least\-privilege access across environments. * Maintain parity across development, test and production environments so successful testing remains meaningful through promotion. * Own operational FinOps, including cost visibility, allocation and tagging, right\-sizing, commitment planning and continuous run\-cost management across providers. * Keep the toolkit portable by using Terraform as the common layer and cloud\-native tooling only where a native capability provides a clear advantage. * Support release and rollback activities with the DevOps function, and act as the third\-line escalation point for infrastructure incidents. * Contribute to the standards set by the Deployment Architect and to the reusable capability library inherited by the wider practice. **Qualifications** * 8\+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering, building and operating production environments as code * Strong infrastructure\-as\-code capability at reusable\-module standard rather than one\-off scripting; Terraform is essential, with Bicep, ARM or CloudFormation experience. * Hands\-on experience building cloud landing zones, including policy, identity and network design, on at least one major cloud, with working knowledge of a second. * Experience with Kubernetes or managed container services, including autoscaling and workload right\-sizing. * Production experience with managed data services, including relational databases, caching layers and storage lifecycle management. * Practical cloud cost\-management capability: interpreting bills, attributing spend and reducing cost without degrading service. * CI/CD knowledge sufficient to build, operate and troubleshoot deployment pipelines. * Comfort with direct accountability for production environments on which clients depend. * Multi\-cloud delivery for external clients, particularly where the client owns the tenancy. * Data\-residency and multi\-region architecture experience. * Disaster\-recovery design and experience executing tested recovery procedures. * Exposure to deploying AI or machine\-learning workloads, including GPU provisioning **Your journey at A\&M** We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development.
