About the Role ARCCS Digitals is looking for a creative and experienced **senior graphic designer \& video editor** with strong experience in the **e\-learning and digital learning industry**. The ideal candidate will have a combination of **graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, animation, screen recording, and e\-learning content development** skills. The candidate should be comfortable working on corporate training, educational content, explainer videos, software simulations, instructional videos, and digital learning assets. Candidates with prior experience working with an **e\-learning company, instructional design company, digital learning agency, training organization, or corporate L\&D team** will be preferred. Key Responsibilities 1\. Graphic Design * Create engaging visual content for e\-learning and digital learning projects. * Design illustrations, infographics, icons, characters, backgrounds, diagrams, charts, and other learning assets. * Develop visual concepts based on storyboards, scripts, and instructional design requirements. * Design presentation decks, course materials, digital banners, social media creatives, and marketing collateral. * Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines. * Create graphics suitable for LMS\-based courses, videos, interactive learning modules, and online training. * Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, project managers, and clients. 2\. Video Editing * Edit professional\-quality **e\-learning and training videos**. * Create instructional videos, explainer videos, product demonstrations, corporate training videos, and promotional videos. * Edit voiceovers, screen recordings, animations, graphics, music, sound effects, and subtitles. * Create short\-form videos, social media videos, promotional content, and corporate communication videos. * Ensure videos are optimized for LMS, web, mobile, and other digital learning platforms. * Work from scripts, storyboards, raw footage, voiceovers, and other creative assets. 3\. Camtasia \& Screen\-Based Learning Content Strong hands\-on experience with **Camtasia** is required. Responsibilities include: * Screen recording and software demonstrations. * Creating software/application training videos. * Editing screen recordings and instructional demonstrations. * Adding callouts, annotations, zoom effects, highlights, cursor effects, transitions, and captions. * Synchronizing voiceover with screen activity. * Creating step\-by\-step software tutorials. * Producing videos suitable for corporate training and e\-learning courses. * Optimizing Camtasia projects for LMS and online delivery. 4\. Motion Graphics \& Animation * Create **2D motion graphics and animations** for e\-learning and corporate projects. * Develop animated titles, transitions, icons, diagrams, characters, and instructional visuals. * Create engaging animated explainer videos. * Animate graphics and illustrations based on storyboards. * Use Adobe After Effects for advanced motion graphics and animation. * Create visual effects and transitions that improve learner engagement without compromising instructional clarity. 5\. E\-Learning Content Development The candidate should understand the requirements of digital learning production, including: * E\-learning course visuals and multimedia. * Instructional videos. * Software simulations. * Screen\-based learning. * Explainer and scenario\-based videos. * Interactive learning assets. * Voiceover synchronization. * Subtitles/captions. * Learning graphics and infographics. * SCORM/LMS\-ready multimedia assets. * Different screen resolutions and responsive learning requirements. Experience with **Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar e\-learning authoring tools** will be an advantage. 6\. Creative Collaboration * Work closely with instructional designers to convert scripts and storyboards into engaging visual content. * Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, voiceover artists, animators, developers, and clients. * Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development. * Review creative outputs and ensure they meet quality standards. * Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently. * Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines. Required Software Skills Mandatory * **Adobe Photoshop** * **Adobe Illustrator** * **Adobe After Effects** * **Adobe Premiere Pro** * **Camtasia** Good to Have * Adobe InDesign * Articulate Storyline * Articulate Rise * Adobe Captivate * Figma * Blender / 3D tools * Adobe Audition * DaVinci Resolve Required Experience * **4–7 years of professional experience** in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, multimedia, or e\-learning content production. * **Prior experience working with an e\-learning company is mandatory/preferred.** * Experience working on **corporate e\-learning, training, L\&D, or educational or instructional content**. * Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating **graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and e\-learning projects**. * Experience working with international clients will be an advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree/diploma in: **Graphic Design / Animation / Multimedia / Visual Communication / Fine Arts / E\-learning / Digital Media / or related discipline.** Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
