Join our global and dynamic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team responsible for embedding reliability, observability, and automation into our technology platforms. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future. ### **What role will you play?** In this role, you will be a key member of the SRE team, responsible for building and scaling reliability engineering capability across our technology platforms. Your time will be split across three pillars: SRE platform engineering, SRE adoption and advocacy within aligned platform domain, and production application support. You will help engineering teams adopt observability, secrets management, incident management, change management and automation patterns that reduce manual toil and improve system reliability — prioritizing fewer incidents and faster incident resolution ### **What you offer** • 4\-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Production Engineering, or a related operational engineering role. • Strong understanding of SRE and incident management practices, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, resiliency, change management, incident triage, service restoration, escalation, and post\-incident reviews. • Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting, with working knowledge of Java (or a similar programming language) and SQL to support automation, tooling, and operational processes. • Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, Splunk, Dynatrace), and DevOps tooling including Git and CI/CD pipelines. • Working knowledge of infrastructure security and secrets management, including credential lifecycle management, certificate management, and tools such as Hashi Corp Vault, CyberArk, or similar. • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to create operational runbooks, support geographically distributed teams, and work flexibly across ANZ, India, and EMEA time zones.
