About the Role

Key responsibilities: 1. Design, build, and maintain automation systems integrated with ERP. 2. Develop AI-powered document intelligence tools using LLM APIs for extraction, classification, and validation of business documents.  3. Build natural language query interfaces over SQL Server data for business/executive reporting and dashboards.  4. Gathering, architecture, backend development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. 5. Gather requirements and stakeholder discussions to map current business workflows before designing AI-driven solutions.  6. Collaborate with ERP support/functional teams and business stakeholders to translate manual pain points into technical solutions.  7. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on internal Windows VM infrastructure.  8. Prepare MIS reports for concerned teams and automate their generation to reduce manual effort. 9. Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through automation.  10. Evaluate business problems to identify where AI/LLM-based automation can create measurable efficiency gains.  11. Prepare process documentation and workflow diagrams. 12. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation, translating functional requirements into AI-powered solution designs. 13. Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshooting as needed.
