Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in architecting, developing, and scaling our core platform. You will work across the entire stack to deliver seamless, high\-performance features that solve real\-world problems for restaurants. If you are passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and love taking ownership of complex technical challenges, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities** **End\-to\-End Development:** Design, build, test, and deploy scalable features across both the frontend and backend. **Architecture \& System Design:** Drive technical decisions and system architecture to ensure high performance, security, and scalability. **Database Management:** Model and optimize database schemas using MySQL and Prisma to handle complex, high\-volume restaurant data. **Code Quality:** Write clean, type\-safe code using TypeScript and enforce best practices through code reviews and automated testing. **Mentorship:** Guide and mentor junior and mid\-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Requirements** **Experience:** 3\+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of shipping production\-ready applications. **Frontend Expertise:** Deep knowledge of React and Next.js for building responsive, server\-side rendered (SSR), and static web applications. **Backend Expertise:** Strong proficiency in Node.js for building robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs. **Language:** Extensive experience writing typed code in TypeScript. **Database \& ORM:** Solid experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL, and hands\-on experience using Prisma ORM. **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks. **Industry Knowledge:** Previous experience building SaaS platforms, Point of Sale (POS) systems, or software for the food/restaurant industry is a huge plus.
