About the Role

Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead Engineer with a strong backend focus to drive the architecture, development, and implementation of highly scalable, AI\-integrated, cloud\-native applications. This is a hands\-on leadership role that requires deep technical expertise, exceptional implementation speed, and the ability to mentor a team while setting the technical direction. The ideal candidate will be a master practitioner of modern Java/Spring Boot and cloud architectures, with specialized experience in leveraging Generative AI models like Claude AI within enterprise systems. 1\. Key Responsibilities Technical Strategy \& AI Integration: Lead the technical vision for backend services, focusing on robust and scalable integration of third\-party AI APIs (e.g., Terminal Anthropic, Claude). AI Quality Assurance: Develop and implement strategies and tooling to proactively detect and mitigate AI hallucinations and ensure the integrity and reliability of AI\-generated content or decisions within the application flow. Architecture \& Delivery: Function as a "principal engineer" who can rapidly design and implement production\-ready solutions, driving implementation velocity across the team while maintaining Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. Code \& Standards: Set and enforce high coding standards, conduct rigorous deep\-dive code reviews, and provide expert guidance on concurrency, JVM tuning, and performance optimization (e.g., using Java Virtual Threads). DevOps \& Cloud\-Native: design, secure, and deploy high\-availability solutions on AWS, championing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK) and DevSecOps practices. Frontend Collaboration (20\-30%): Provide hands\-on guidance and contribution to modern front\-end stack development, focusing on integrating data\-intensive APIs with Next.js and modern SPA architectures. Engineering Rigour \& Git Strategy: Define, enforce, and optimize advanced Git branching strategies (e.g., Gitflow, Trunk\-Based Development) to maximize team efficiency and maintain code quality. 2\. Technical Requirements (Backend Focus: 70\-80%) Java Mastery: Expert\-level proficiency in Java 17/21, including advanced concurrency, threading models, and deep knowledge of JVM internals. Spring Ecosystem: Expert knowledge of Spring Boot 3\.x, Spring Security (JWT, session management), and developing distributed Mandatory Skills; CORE JAVA Desirable Skills : AWS SECURITY \& COMPLIANCE, AWS ARCHITECT, JAVA MICROSERVICES, JAVA SPRINGBOOT Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹220,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
