Job Title: Software Tester / QA Tester Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full\-Time Location: Madurai and Coimbatore Contact:9655244899 Job Summary We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, test case preparation, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes. Fresh graduates with relevant training, certifications, internships, or project experience in software testing are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities * Understand business and functional requirements. * Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. * Perform Manual Testing of web, desktop, and mobile applications. * Identify, document, and track software defects. * Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing. * Verify bug fixes and perform re\-testing activities. * Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues. * Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation. * Ensure software quality before release to production. Required Skills * Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies. * Experience in writing and executing test cases. * Understanding of defect reporting and tracking. * Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. * Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla. * Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing. * Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium. * Familiarity with API Testing using Postman. * Exposure to performance or security testing concepts. Educational Qualification * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Freshers with software testing certifications, internships, or project experience are welcome to apply. Soft Skills * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Nice to Have * Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRMS, or enterprise applications.
