About the Role

**Technical Project Manager** **Location:** Dehradun (On\-Site) **Experience:** 4\-5\+ Years **CTC:** Up to ₹15 LPA **Team Size:** 40 Members **Clients:** US\-Based Key Responsibilities * Manage end\-to\-end delivery of software, cloud, and AI projects. * Lead and coordinate cross\-functional teams of developers, QA, DevOps, and AI engineers. * Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. * Conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. * Collaborate directly with US\-based clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. * Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards. * Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders. Required Skills * Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies. * Knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, .NET Core, C\#, Python, APIs, SQL, Git, and Cloud (AWS/Azure). * Exposure to AI solutions, Automation, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI projects. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Postman. * Excellent problem\-solving, planning, and project management capabilities. Requirements * 4\-5\+ years of experience in Technical Project Management. * Proven experience managing web, cloud, and AI\-based projects. * Strong leadership skills with experience handling teams of 40\+ members. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in managing US\-based client interactions. * PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
