About the Role

About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Head – IT \| ERP, System Automation \& Software** to lead the organisation’s ERP, technology systems and automation initiatives across multiple businesses, manufacturing facilities and retail/QSR operations. The role will focus on **digitising and integrating business processes, reducing manual work, improving data visibility and building scalable systems** across functions. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the overall **ERP strategy, implementation, customisation and adoption** across the organisation. * Map and improve workflows across **Procurement, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Sales, Finance, HR, Warehousing and Logistics**. * Identify manual, repetitive and duplicate processes and drive **automation and system\-based solutions**. * Lead **ERP integrations, APIs, middleware and third\-party software integrations** to create connected systems and a single source of data. * Evaluate and implement **low\-code/no\-code, RPA and other automation solutions** wherever relevant. * Drive development and improvement of **internal applications, dashboards, MIS and management reporting systems**. * Assess **build vs. buy vs. customise** decisions based on business requirements, scalability and cost. * Lead **UAT, deployment, system upgrades, user training, adoption and change management**. * Establish strong **master data, access controls, data accuracy and system governance**. * Ensure IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity are effectively managed. * Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, SLAs, budgets and external consultants. * Work closely with business and functional heads to translate operational requirements into **practical technology solutions**. * Build a scalable technology ecosystem that can support the organisation’s **multi\-location manufacturing, food, retail and QSR operations**. Desired Profile * 10–15\+ years of experience in **ERP, IT systems, business automation or digital transformation**. * Strong hands\-on experience in **ERP implementation, process mapping, integrations and automation**. * Experience with ERP platforms such as **SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, ERPNext** or comparable systems. * Strong understanding of business processes across **manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, finance and sales**. * Experience managing **technology teams, vendors and large\-scale implementation projects**. * Exposure to **manufacturing, FMCG, food, QSR, retail or multi\-location businesses** will be preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving and stakeholder\-management skills with a **business\-first approach to technology**.
