**About the Company:** GreenTech ITS specializes in the Design, Development, and Integration \& Implementation of Advanced \& Automated Toll Collection Systems, Weigh\-In\-Motion Systems, RFID Solutions, and Traffic Data Collection Services. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ATMS (Advanced Traffic Management Systems), Toll Management Systems, and TMS domain to lead end\-to\-end delivery of our projects, managing cross\-functional teams and ensuring successful, on\-time, on\-budget execution. **Key Responsibilities:** Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones for ATMS, Toll Management, and TMS projects in line with client and business requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases. Lead and coordinate cross\-functional teams (Software, IT, Operations, Field) to ensure appropriate allocation of resources. Track project progress on toll plaza and traffic management deployments, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Prepare and present regular project status reports and MIS to senior management and clients. Organize and chair project review meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and action items. Oversee integration testing and UAT for toll collection systems (ATCS/ETC), Weigh\-In\-Motion, RFID, and ATMS solutions. Maintain complete project documentation, technical issue logs, and commissioning reports. Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation across teams. Coordinate training and knowledge\-transfer sessions for site/operations teams. **Requirements:** Minimum 5\+ years of experience, with mandatory hands\-on experience in ATMS, Toll Management Systems, and TMS domain projects. Prior experience managing toll plaza automation, traffic surveillance, or highway ITS projects is essential. Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Technical background preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, clients). Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
