In this role, you will build, scale, and maintain modern web applications while leveraging modern enterprise standards and AI\-assisted workflows. We are looking for an engineer who excels in backend software architecture, responsive UI execution, and leveraging modern AI developer tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to write clean, maintainable, and high\-performance code efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using **C\#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC**. * Architect and optimize database objects, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning using **Microsoft SQL Server** and **Entity Framework Core**. * Craft clean, responsive, and cross\-browser\-compatible user interfaces using **Bootstrap** and **Tailwind CSS**. * Integrate modern **AI\-assisted coding tools** (e.g., Claude, LLMs, AI agents) into your daily workflow to accelerate task delivery, improve code quality, and automate routine tasks. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in an agile environment to design features, resolve technical debt, and optimize application security and performance. * Maintain clear technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews. Required Qualifications \& Skills * **Core Backend:** Proven track record of expert\-level software development in **.NET Core, C\#, ASP.NET MVC**, and **Entity Framework**. * **Database Management:** Deep proficiency with **SQL Server**, including relational database design, query optimization, and schema management. * **Frontend UI:** Hands\-on experience constructing modern UI components using **Bootstrap** and **Tailwind CSS**. * **AI Tooling Integration:** Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using **AI development platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)** to write, test, debug, and refactor code. * **Collaboration \& Time Zone:** Willingness and availability to work overlapping business hours with US time zones (EST/CST/PST). * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for asynchronous and live team alignment.
