**Senior Developer** **Tech Lead, Banking\-as\-a\-Service Platform** **Location:** Noida, India (On\-site) **Type:** Full\-time **Mandate:** Global **The Short Version** We're building a Banking\-as\-a\-Service platform from the ground up — the invisible engine that will let businesses across the UAE, UK, and beyond embed accounts, payments, and cards into their own products. And we need the person who's going to architect it, build it, and lead the team that ships it. Not maintain it. Not inherit it. **Build it.** Greenfield. Your blueprint. If you've led BaaS development before and you're itching to do it again — bigger, faster, and cleaner — keep reading. **What You'll Actually Do** * **Own the architecture end\-to\-end.** Design and build a multi\-tenant, API\-first BaaS platform from an empty repo to production — core ledger, virtual accounts, payment orchestration, card issuing, the works. * **Lead the engineering charge.** Hire, mentor, and drive a dev team. Set the coding standards, the review culture, and the “this is how we ship” playbook. * **Go multi\-market from day one.** Our customers are in the UAE, UK, and worldwide — so you'll be designing for multi\-currency, multi\-rail (SWIFT, SEPA, UK Faster Payments, local rails), and multi\-jurisdiction compliance from the first commit. * **Make compliance a feature, not a chore.** Bake in KYC/AML workflows, transaction monitoring, PCI DSS, and data\-residency requirements so partners can launch fast without regulators losing sleep. * **Build APIs developers actually enjoy.** Clean REST/webhook interfaces, sandbox environments, and documentation that doesn't need a decoder ring. * **Integrate the ecosystem.** Banking partners, card networks, KYC providers, FX rails — you'll be the one wiring the fintech universe together. * **Ship, measure, harden.** Uptime, latency, reconciliation accuracy — you'll treat reliability as a product feature, because in banking, it is. **What You Bring** **The non\-negotiables:** * **Prior experience leading the development of a Banking\-as\-a\-Service platform** — you've done this before and have the scars (and the launched product) to prove it. * 8\+ years in software engineering, with 3\+ years leading teams on fintech or banking systems. * Deep, hands\-on expertise in designing **double\-entry ledgers, payment processing, and multi\-tenant SaaS architecture**.
