About the Role

**Hiring Python Full Stack Developer for our IT Company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, Indore(M.P)** **Job location: Indore, M.P** **Experience: Minimum 1 years in Python, Data science, Data analyst, Data mining, AI /ML** **We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python Full Stack Developer with hands\-on experience in backend development, data analysis, and AI/ML technologies.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Must have skills to guide fresher who are coming for internship on python, AI/ML, DataScience, Datamining , Data Analytics, PowerBi (first priority)** * **Should have good Communication in English so that time to time Interview can be given for staffing solution.** * **Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks** * **Build robust backend APIs and integrate third\-party services** * **Work on frontend technologies to create seamless user experiences** * **Analyze data and implement data\-driven solutions** * **Apply Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Mining techniques** * **Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (designers, developers, stakeholders)** * **Optimize applications for performance and scalability** * **Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices** **Required Skills Core Technical Skills:** * **Strong knowledge of Python** * **Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI** * **Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)** * **Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB** * **API development and integration** * **Currently we have training internship candidates and developer need to guide him/her with all the practical projects** **Data \& AI Skills:** * **Understanding of Data Science \& Data Analysis** * **Experience in Data Mining techniques** * **Basic to intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning / AI models** * **Familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn** **Additional Skills:** * **Version control (Git)** * **Problem\-solving mindset** * **Good communication skills** * **Ability to work in a team environment** * **Currently we have training internship candidates and developer need to guide him/her with all the practical projects** **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** * **Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD pipelines** * **Exposure to real\-world AI/ML projects** * **Understanding of RESTful architecture** **\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **Please Check job description carefully and Apply or can send CV on mail.
