Req Id: 23854 Job Family: IT Solutions Delivery Location: Bangalore, IN, 560071 Additional Location: Description: **Purpose** ----------- * As IT Solutions Developer, you design, develop, and implement digital solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experiences. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * You design and develop digital solutions that translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and user\-focused applications. * You collaborate with cross\-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions that support business outcomes. * You apply development standards and best practices to produce reliable, secure, and maintainable solution components. * You validate solution quality through structured testing, defect resolution, and readiness checks before deployment. * You support application performance improvement and resolve identified issues to improve user experience and service reliability. * You maintain existing digital solutions by addressing any issues that arise and making necessary updates and improvements. * You document solution design, configuration, and support information to enable knowledge sharing and sustainable maintenance. * You contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback, lessons learned, and practical ideas that strengthen IT solutions development. **Education** ------------- * Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field is required. * A master’s degree in a related field is preferred. * Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Solutions Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or Power Platform Developer Associate are highly recommended. * Strong Knowledge of low\-code developement technologies such as Power Platform, or pro\-code programming such as C\#, Python and web development frameworks like Angular and React are essential. * Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary for effective communication **Experience** -------------- * Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and engineering. * Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining digital solutions. * Hands\-on experience with low\-code platforms such as Power Platform, or pro\-code technologies such as C\#, Python, Angular, or React. * Experience translating business requirements into functional, scalable, and maintainable application components. * Good understanding of software development practices, including coding standards, version control, testing, debugging, and documentation. * Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and quality teams. * Ability to troubleshoot application issues, support performance improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital solutions. **Functional Competencies** --------------------------- Analytics and reporting Digital savvy Inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring IT Tools and application Management of change application Technical Data Management Planning Business Partnering
