About the Role

Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Technology **Location:** Noida, Uttar Pradesh **Work Type:** Full\-Time \| On\-Site **Experience:** 5–9 Years **Company:** Solutionara Private Limited **Industry:** IT Consulting \& Technology Services About Solutionara Solutionara is a U.S.\-based IT Consulting and Technology Services firm with a Global Delivery Center in Noida, India. We work with global clients across enterprise integration, cloud, data, application modernization, digital transformation, and AI\-enabled technology solutions. As a growing consulting organization, we operate with **high ownership, lean teams, and disciplined execution**. Our Noida GDC brings together engineering and delivery teams responsible for building and supporting scalable enterprise technology solutions. About the Role We are looking for a **Technical Project Manager (TPM)** who can work at the intersection of **technology, project delivery, and client coordination**. This is not a PMO or status\-tracking role. The TPM will work directly with **Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Integration Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders** to move technology projects from planning through production. You should be technically fluent enough to understand engineering discussions, identify dependencies and delivery risks, challenge timelines and assumptions when necessary, and translate technical issues into clear project impact. You are not expected to be the Solution Architect or primary developer—but you should understand **what is blocked, why it matters, who owns it, what it impacts, and what needs to happen next**. Key Responsibilities * Manage enterprise technology projects from planning through development, testing, deployment, go\-live, and hypercare. * Build and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and technical dependencies. * Coordinate cross\-functional teams across development, integration, cloud/DevOps, data, QA, architecture, and infrastructure. * Maintain **RAID logs, dependency trackers, decision logs, action items, and project health reporting**. * Identify technical and delivery risks early and drive owners toward resolution. * Track planned versus actual progress and develop recovery plans when projects begin to slip. * Challenge estimates, assumptions, dependencies, and timelines when necessary to protect delivery commitments. * Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines, resources, dependencies, and releases. * Coordinate environments, access, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, test data, QA, UAT, and other delivery dependencies. * Lead or participate in client status meetings, technical coordination meetings, sprint reviews, and delivery governance discussions. * Translate technical issues into clear business, schedule, and delivery impact for stakeholders. * Coordinate release readiness, UAT, deployment, cutover, rollback planning, go\-live, and production stabilization. * Ensure project teams remain accountable for committed actions, deliverables, and timelines. * Use **AI and automation tools** to improve project planning, documentation, reporting, meeting outputs, and delivery visibility. Required Experience \& Skills * **5–9 years** of overall experience in technology delivery, including experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role. * Experience managing **software engineering, enterprise applications, integration, cloud, data, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects**. * Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models**. * Hands\-on experience with project planning, RAID management, risk management, dependency tracking, change control, and delivery reporting. * Ability to coordinate Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Integration Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and other technical teams. * Sufficient technical understanding to participate effectively in engineering and architecture discussions. * Experience working directly with clients and distributed technical teams. * Ability to identify critical\-path issues and drive practical recovery plans. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem\-solving, and escalation skills. * Ability to bring structure and accountability to complex or ambiguous projects. Technical Understanding Candidates should be comfortable discussing delivery dependencies involving: **APIs \& Enterprise Integration \| Cloud/AWS/Azure \| CI/CD \& DevOps \| Applications \& Microservices \| Databases \& Data \| QA \& UAT \| Environments \| Security \& Access \| Deployment \& Cutover \| Monitoring \& Production Support** You do not need to be an expert in every technology, but you should be able to work effectively with technical teams and understand how these areas affect project delivery. Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following would be an advantage: * Enterprise Integration – **Dell Boomi, APIs, Middleware or EDI** * AWS or Azure Cloud * DevOps and CI/CD * Data Engineering or Data Platforms * ERP, WMS, CRM, PIM/DAM or other enterprise platforms * Application or Legacy Modernization * Microservices and API\-led architectures * U.S. or global client delivery * IT Consulting or Technology Services * Onsite\-offshore / Global Delivery Center models Tools \& Skills **Jira \| Confluence \| Azure DevOps \| Asana \| Agile \| Scrum \| SDLC \| Project Planning \| RAID Management \| Dependency Management \| Risk Management \| Change Control \| Stakeholder Management \| Client Management \| Technical Delivery \| Release Management \| UAT \| Cutover \| AI\-Assisted Delivery** What Success Looks Like A successful TPM at Solutionara does more than report project status. You will help ensure that: * Technical dependencies and risks are identified before they affect delivery. * Engineering teams have the decisions, environments, access, and information required to execute. * Project delays result in actionable recovery plans—not simply revised status reports. * Clients and leadership have clear visibility into project health, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones. * Releases and go\-lives are structured, controlled, and supported through stabilization. * Delivery teams have clear ownership and accountability. Why Join Solutionara? You will have the opportunity to work across **Cloud, Integration, Data, DevOps, AI, and Digital Transformation**, collaborate directly with global clients and experienced technology leaders, and take meaningful ownership of enterprise technology delivery. As our Noida Global Delivery Center continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to help strengthen how we plan, govern, automate, and execute technology delivery. **Work Location:** Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh **Work Arrangement:** Full\-Time, On\-Site **Please note:** This is an **on\-site role and is not remote or hybrid**. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable working regularly from our Noida office. Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,600,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: * Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): * Current CTC * Expected CTC * Notice Period, If serving, Last day of work?
