The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in both **frontend and backend development**, along with the ability to lead developers, manage technical tasks, review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers. * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. * Take ownership of both frontend and backend development activities. * Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. * Analyse technical requirements and convert them into effective development solutions. * Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of development activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance\-related challenges. * Collaborate with management, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders. * Participate in architecture and technology decisions. * Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. * Maintain proper technical documentation and development processes. * Monitor project timelines and provide regular development status updates. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable. Required Skills * Strong proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** and modern frontend frameworks such as **React.js / Angular / Vue.js**. * Strong backend development experience using technologies such as **Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET**. * Good knowledge of **REST APIs and API integration**. * Strong understanding of **SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL** and database design. * Experience with **Git and version control systems**. * Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and debugging. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Experience in leading or mentoring a development team. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering**, or a related field. * **4–7 years of relevant experience** in full stack development. * Prior experience in a **Team Lead / Senior Developer / Technical Lead** role will be preferred.
