About the Role

**Role description** Workato Integration Engineer Role Overview The Workato Integration Engineer is responsible for developing supporting and maintaining enterprise integrations using Workato and related integration technologies This role focuses on delivering reliable integrations supporting day today operational activities troubleshooting issues and to implement scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems Key Responsibilities Design develop test and maintain Workato recipes and integrations Support API integrations using REST SOAP webhooks and file based integrations Work with SaaS and enterprise applications such as Salesforce Workday ServiceNow Snowflake and SQL databases Perform integration testing deployment support and production validations Handle basic error handling logging monitoring and ing activities Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with cross functional teams Develop reusable components and follow integration development standards Collaborate with business analysts architects and senior developers during implementation Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge sharing activities Required Skills Experience 3\-5 years of enterprise integration or application development experience Hands on exposure to Workato or other integration platforms Strong understanding of APIs RESTSOAP webhooks and JSONXML Basic SQL and database knowledge Understanding of SFTP and file based integrations Experience working with cloud SaaS applications Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications Workato certification or relevant integration certification Exposure to Boomi MuleSoft TIBCO or IBM Sterling Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps ADO Key Competencies Problem solving mindset Good communication and collaboration skills Learning agility and adaptability Ownership and accountability **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** Workato **About LTM** LTM is an AI\-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
