With an ever\-growing community and a solid number of partnerships, AllGo is leading the next generation of the connected cockpit experience. **Mission of the Role:** lead UX designer owns an end\-to\-end user experience strategy across a product or product line. They bridge the gap between design execution and product strategy, often managing or mentoring designers on the team. Key responsibilities include Establishing clear project parameters, leading a small team, establishing UX approaches, Concept creation and development and ensuring high\-quality, user\-centered deliverables. Key contributor to roadmap planning, prioritization, interface standards, and stakeholder management. The range of products in scope are Web \& In car Infotainment solutions. **Key Objectives of this Role:** * Design Strategy \& Vision: Define design roadmaps, interaction frameworks, and user\-centric design principles that align with business KPIs. * Team Leadership \& Mentorship: Mentor and supervise junior/mid\-level designers, manage workloads, and review design outputs for quality. * Research \& Testing: Oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions. * Wireframing \& Prototyping: Build storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and clickable high\-fidelity prototypes. * Design Systems: Establish and scale UI style guides and component libraries to maintain brand and interface consistency. * Cross\-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation. * Leading Agile sprint planning to align team capacity with project deliverables: Establish sprint capacity and define the sprint deliverables based on estimation. * Effort estimation and planning deliverables. * Creation of innovative interaction concepts to match future usages and expectations. * Specification of complex interaction systems in alignment with HMI SW developers. * Prominent level of independent communication with a multi\-national and cross\-functional design team. * High affinity for recent technologies and willingness to apply these in the automotive context. * Close collaboration with specialists and technical experts from product management and software engineering teams. * Grow and maintain effective partnerships with customer User\-experience Design group. **Key Performance Indicators:** * Quality of concepts and documentation. * User satisfaction and Usability score. * Committed deliveries on time. * Scope clarification with Customer and clear conversion of the same as tangible requirements for internal stakeholders. * Stakeholder satisfaction – Customer \& Internal. * Cross\-team collaboration for effective outcome. * Learnability for new tools and processes related to role. * Mentoring of junior designers. **Key Year One Deliverables:** * UX Roadmap Development: Create and align a UX strategy roadmap with company objectives for the next 1–3 years. * Design System Contribution: Establish or enhance a scalable design system to promote consistency and efficiency. * Deliver Wireframes, Screen flows \& interactive prototypes for assigned projects, validated by quick usability testing. * Participation in all Customer meetings related to role and define the scope with action points. * Mentor at least one Junior Designer. * Adoption of Visteon JIRA \- Agile project management toolchain for all the design activities. **Qualification, Experience and Skills:** * 8\+ years of minimum relevant Industry working experience with a heavy emphasis on complex web applications, responsive design for multiple form factors and digital products. * Extensive hands\-on expertise spanning UX, interaction, and visual design. * Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred. * A solid grasp of user\-centered design and testing methodologies of usability. * Knowledge of application of various aspects of ergonomics related to role. * Awareness about different ISO standards applicable for Vehicle Cockpit Interior design. * Proficiency in Interface Design tools like Visio, Figma \& Adobe XD is necessary. * Proficiency in any of the Interactive Prototyping using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie or similar is necessary. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft office \& 2D design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is necessary. * Experience creating motion graphics with Adobe After Effects is an advantage. * Working Knowledge of JIRA \- Agile project management is necessary. * High affinity to automotive user Interfaces, processes, and coordination with a focus on constant improvement of workflow * Stellar communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills. * Active driving experience and a strong understanding of vehicle cabin ergonomics and controls are highly preferred. **Education:** Degree / Diploma in Product Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Visual Design from reputed design institute is mandatory.
