**Company:** Digi Delight Solutions Private Limited **Experience:** 2 Years **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Department:** Product / Business Analysis **Location:** Hyderabad About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in product development to work closely with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business teams. The role involves understanding business problems, translating them into clear product requirements, and supporting features through development, testing, UAT, and release. Key Responsibilities · Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and product requirements. · Prepare BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. · Create AS\-IS/TO\-BE process flows, workflows, business rules, and user journeys. · Work with Product Managers to define and refine features and product backlog items. · Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. · Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. · Support UAT, defect analysis, feature validation, and product demonstrations. · Perform gap and impact analysis and identify opportunities for product/process improvements. · Maintain product documentation and requirement traceability. · Analyze customer feedback and support continuous product enhancement. Required Skills · 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software/product development environment. · Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Excellent requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. · Strong experience in user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD/FRD/PRD, and process mapping. · Good understanding of web/mobile applications and SaaS/B2B products. · Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and documentation skills. · Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Miro, Visio, or similar tools. Good to Have · Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance, Procurement, Expense Management, or workflow products. · Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and integrations. · Experience in UAT planning and execution. · Experience working with multiple product modules and cross\-functional teams. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
