About the Role

**Job Title:** Desktop Support Engineer **(NIGHT SHIFT)** **Location:** Noida **Department:** IT Support **Reports To:** IT Manager**Job Overview:** We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in troubleshooting IT problems, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure.**Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end\-user devices. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, software, and applications. * Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions in Active Directory or M365\. * Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues. * Support printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other peripheral devices. * Ensure anti\-virus, patching, and security policies are up to date on all systems. * Handle incident logging, tracking, and resolution through the IT ticketing system. * Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims. * Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. * Assist in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and office moves as required. **Key Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365 * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) * Experience in Active Directory, user profile management, and group policies * Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine) * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Qualifications:** * Minimum **1 year of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience** * **Preferred Certifications:** CompTIA A\+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL Foundation **Employment Type:** Full\-time, **Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)** **Experience Level:** Entry to Mid\-Level Job Types: Full\-time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
